1 - Initial meeting
We will meet and discuss the basics.

After a contract is agreed upon and signed construction begins!

After the build is complete and approved you move into your dream home!

How much does building a custom home cost?
Costs vary based on demands but in general a cusotm home can cost between 500,000 and one million dollars.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Amount of time it takes to build a custom depends on a lot of things but in general a custom home takes about 9-12 months to complete.
Can I make changes while building?
Yes, change orders are permitted, however, this may add to the time it will take to build the home and it will affect the cost as well.
Do you do commercial construction?
Yes we also do commercial construction. We have experience in hotels, multi family, restaurants, strip malls, among other commercial structure.
